What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, workspace requirements, recommendations, optional visit feedback, and any early-access registration. We record whether you acknowledged the planned $3.30 fee. We do not collect payment cards or ask you to upload booking receipts.

How we use it

Eric and Stanna use your information to research workspaces, reply to your request, follow up after the requested visit, and learn whether KROW is useful. If you join early access, we may email you about launch. Requesting help does not subscribe you to launch marketing.

Where it goes

This independent pilot uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. Operator alerts contain a request reference and a link to our protected queue. We do not send your contact details to venues automatically. If a venue needs your information, we will discuss it with you first. Booking links open independent venue websites with their own terms and privacy practices.

Your private request link

Keep your request link private. Anyone who has it can view the request summary and options and, after your requested time, submit feedback. Your email, phone number, and operator notes are not shown on that page.

Your choices and retention

Feedback and launch registration are optional. Email eric@krowplatform.com to correct or delete your information, withdraw a request, or stop messages. We intend to delete or anonymize pilot request details within 90 days after the pilot ends. Early-access contact details are retained until launch or until you ask to leave.

About the experiment

The concierge service is free during the pilot; workspace charges are paid directly to the venue. Joining early access does not activate a paid account or authorize billing. KROW requests and recommendations are not venue reservations.
