What does free mean?
KROW's concierge help is free during this pilot. You pay the venue directly for your workspace. We don't collect a card or charge a KROW fee.
Who is finding my workspace?
Eric or Stanna personally researches your request. This is a manual pilot while we build the official KROW product.
How soon should I request?
Please give us at least 2 hours. We review requests 8am–10pm Chicago time. Requests outside these hours are reviewed when we're back. We can't guarantee a match or immediate response.
Does a request reserve a space?
No. We'll share suitable options and explain what we've checked. Availability and final terms belong to the venue. Your reservation is confirmed through the venue's booking process.
What happens after my visit?
We'll ask whether you used one of our suggestions, another workspace, or no workspace. No receipts required. You can also choose to join early access knowing the future $3.30 fee.
